1.For automobile category B, the minimum age is 23 years old and you must have held a driver's license for at least one year.

2. Maximum age: Drivers must be under the age of 70.

3. Car Insurance: All rates include basic liability coverage with a 900€ excess. For any damages caused by drinking and driving, high speed or off-road driving, the client is obligated to pay the full amount of the damage

4. Key loss: The client is liable for all expenses associated with replacing lost or damaged keys, as well as the cost of retrieving keys locked within a vehicle. This includes the cost of carrying the spare key to the vehicle or the technician's fee if the key is inside the vehicle.

5. Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

6. Transfer to a ferry is not allowed.

7. Fines: Fines arising from any violation of Greek legislation during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

8. Fuel policy: You must return the rental car with the same amount of gas that was given to you.

9. The lessee is required to pay all fines for the road traffic offenses committed during the lease as well as the administrative penalties associated with them and must deliver the relevant proof of payment to the company. In any other case, the company, upon notification of the violation by the competent police – municipal – port authority, will be entitled to receive from the lessee, by debiting its credit card, the fine imposed, plus 25 € for management expenses.

10. Exiting the Greek borders: Leaving the Greek border with a rented car is severely prohibited. As a result, your insurance coverage is no longer valid, and you risk being penalized for breaking the rental contract's terms and conditions. The driver is required to pay the entire amount (100%) for the rental vehicle's repair charges if any damage is caused

11. VAT (24% of the total price) is always included.
